Softr vs Client Glance for a ClickUp client portal
Both read your ClickUp data. One is a builder you set up, the other is a portal you switch on.
Softr is an app builder that can use ClickUp as a data source, and that source starts on its Pro plan at $99 a month billed yearly. Pro allows 50 client users, and anyone signing in from Gmail or another free email counts as one. Client Glance does one job. It builds a password-protected portal per client from a ClickUp list, and it starts at $16 a month billed yearly. Under about 50 clients Glance costs less. Past that, or if you want to design every screen yourself, Softr can make sense.

Softr starts at $99 for ClickUp
Softr's docs say ClickUp as a data source needs the Professional plan, which its pricing page now calls Pro: $99 a month billed yearly. Basic at $19 doesn't include it. So a ClickUp portal on Softr starts at $99, whether you have 2 clients or 50.
Pro includes 50 client users. Softr counts a user as a team user only when they share a builder's business email domain, so every client counts as a client user. If each client sends 2 people, Pro is full at 25 clients. Business at $329 raises the cap to 100.
Client Glance charges by portal, and a portal has one password, so a client can bring as many people as they like. The numbers above use yearly billing on both sides. Billed monthly, Glance is $20, $55 and $139.
What Softr can't read from ClickUp
Softr reads and writes ClickUp tasks, which is more than most portal tools do. Its docs list the limits: one List per block, no subtasks yet, Rollup fields can't be read, and Formula, People and Assignees fields are read-only. A client who has 3 Lists needs 3 blocks on their page.
Softr's docs don't say how often it refreshes ClickUp data, so we won't guess. Client Glance updates the portal from ClickUp in real time.
