SuiteDash vs Client Glance for agencies on ClickUp
SuiteDash replaces a stack of tools. If ClickUp is already one of them, here's what running both costs.
SuiteDash bundles CRM, invoicing, proposals, projects and a client portal from $19 a month, with unlimited clients and staff and white label on every plan. It has no native ClickUp integration. To show ClickUp work in a SuiteDash portal, each task has to be copied in through Zapier and then kept in step. Client Glance reads ClickUp directly, so there's one copy of each task. It starts at $20 a month for 5 portals.

SuiteDash next to ClickUp means a zap per change
SuiteDash has its own projects and tasks. A client's SuiteDash portal shows those. Your ClickUp tasks aren't there. Its integrations page names Zapier as the connector, and Zapier's SuiteDash and ClickUp page lists 4 SuiteDash triggers (new company, contact, project, task) and 8 actions. The ready-made zaps create a project or task on one side when one appears on the other.
Creating the copy is the easy part. Keeping status, dates and hours in step means a zap run for every change. Say 20 clients each have 30 task updates a month: that's 600 Zapier tasks a month, just to keep 2 lists of the same work in step. A broken zap means a client reads an old status.
SuiteDash covers more ground
SuiteDash charges per plan, not per person, so a team of 12 pays what a team of 2 pays. For $19 you get CRM, proposals, invoicing, file sharing and white label, and Client Glance has none of the first 4. If you're picking a project tool from scratch, or want to replace several tools at once, SuiteDash covers more ground.
Keep SuiteDash for invoices and proposals if you use them, and move only the status page.
